Delivery

We deliver within the European Union. Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands with PostNL or DHL and include Track & Trace.

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1–2 working days
Other EU countries: 2–6 working days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays or busy periods.

Shipping costs:

Netherlands: free delivery
Other EU countries: €15 up to 2 kg; €30 above 2 kg and up to 10 kg
Free delivery to other EU countries on orders over €150

Returns

You may cancel your purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after delivery. Email info@sellasaggia.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.

You may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop. Please return them with their tags and original packaging where possible. We may reduce the refund for any loss in value caused by use or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds

We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

If you cancel the entire order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for express or premium delivery are not refundable.

Exchanges

For an exchange, contact info@sellasaggia.shop. Exchanges depend on availability; if your chosen replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
