Life with horses often means carrying rather more than the essentials. Designed by Sella & Saggia for the needs of riders, this leather roll-top backpack offers generous room for clothing and equipment, whether for a day at the stables or a longer journey on horseback.
The first photograph shows the bag as new; the second shows it in use on a riding expedition. The third shows it after three years of hard use through the mountains and dry deserts of Peru. The straps have darkened and the leather has softened. The bag grows more beautiful with age and use, developing a patina and character that carry the marks and memories of those travels.
