Baby alpaca is sourced from high-Andean herds, where sharp temperature shifts have shaped a fibre with exceptional natural properties. “Baby alpaca” refers to fineness—typically 22–23 microns—not the animal’s age. Its partially hollow core helps retain warmth without adding weight. A long, uniform staple keeps the fibres aligned, while low, smooth cuticle scales reduce friction. Together, these qualities produce a soft, breathable fabric that resists pilling and retains its quality over time.

Our products are made in Peru by specialist mills holding Responsible Alpaca Standard (RAS), OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, OEKO-TEX® STeP and WRAP certifications, with Fair Trade Peru Good Practices verified by SGS.

Each piece is prepared and dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Delivery

Orders within the Netherlands usually arrive in 1–3 working days. Deliveries elsewhere in Europe usually take 2–6 working days.

We ship with PostNL or DHL. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way. Delivery may take a little longer during public holidays or busy periods.
